My very first experiences of Reflexology and healing came from my teenage travels in the far east where a yearning grew inside me to know more about the healing arts which then led me to train as a Reflexologist, Reiki Healer and Teacher.
This is a decision that I have never regretted and am eternally grateful for the adventurous visits of my youth for inspiring this incredible journey.
I have since built on my understanding of Reiki healing and have since expanded to Reiki Master Teacher and run regular courses on this amazing and wonderful healing modem, with healthcare, aftercare support and advice.

Other treatments offered, for which I am fully qualified and insured include Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage Beautifying Holistic Facials, and Pamper Treatments.
Clients return regularly and take pleasure in looking forward to their sessions with me as they very often find their initial health problems diminish with regular treatments and they then come to maintain the feeling of relaxation and well-being.
All my consultations are carried out in the strictest confidence and are personally tailored to suit my client’s needs, within the confines of my private therapy room in a warm and friendly setting.
